An overview of the Electrolux oxygen 3 vacuum cleaner

Electrolux is a global leader in the manufacture of small household appliances and Electrolux vacuum cleaners have in the past, high consumer reviews received. The company has a reputation for producing high performance canister Vacuums. The most precious of these is the oxygen 3 range. So, how does the oxygen 3 bus-vacuum cleaner running and is it worth the high price tag?

There are three vacuum cleaners in the Electrolux oxygen 3 range; the oxygen 3 Canister Vacuum (the EL7000), the oxygen 3 Ultra (the EL7020) and the oxygen 3 Ultra combination (the EL7025).

All three models in the range of the oxygen 3 vacuum cleaners share some basic features. All models look pretty much the same and the dust bag in each model has a capacity of 2 quarts. All 3 models come with Electrolux MicroSeal technology-a combination of a sealed engine and a HEPA filtration system, which ensures that 99.97% of dust and particles that are picked up in the vacuum bag and not back out in the air expelled. There are several indicators to let you know that the vacuum top performance functions on the bus itself. Probably the best (certainly most user-friendly) feature the buttons on the handle; You can turn the machine on and off, turn the brush roll on and off (when using the powered head), and resizing suction.

The cheapest model that make in the range of Electrolux oxygen 3 is called the Electrolux oxygen 3 Canister Vacuum (or the EL7000). His claim to fame is that is supposed to clean bare floor types and comes with a rather long snake-a good 21 feet! Don't worry if you have carpets; This vacuum still has a very adequate job. It comes with the lowest power-10 amps, which still produces good suction power. If you are looking for a well made vacuum cleaner of no-hassle then buy stick with this model.

Next in line is the oxygen 3 Ultra vacuum. The hose is 7 feet long and comes with a more powerful engine at 12 amps-despite the fact that a more powerful engine of which the vacuum still weighs the same as the oxygen 3 on 27 lbs. Electrolux oxygen 3 Ultra vacuum cleaner say that is great for cleaning all types of floor, however this model only comes with one main attachment-the Ultra combination comes with two; the standard width 13 "and a smaller, lightweight nozzle, which is much better for cleaning bare floors.

Electrolux's vacuum cleaner Ultra combination is supposed to be a wedding to the two previous models. I feel that this is a bit of a marketing gimmick is-why not have developed a model to do all kinds of floor and forget about models that just carpet or just bare floors?

Prices could be the answer. The Electrolux oxygen 3 vacuum cleaner is not cheap and the EL7025 is considerably more expensive than the EL7000.

Is talking about costs, replacing the dust bags not cheap either; something to think about when buying a vacuum cleaner.

Another downside about the oxygen 3 vacuum cleaner is that the vacuum handle on one side runs so will continue standing in an upright position when not in use. This is fine, but it makes the vacuum hard to steer around the room.

Having said all that, the Electrolux oxygen 3 vacuum cleaner has excellent suction and will floor clean just about all types. It's great for allergy sufferers HEPA system retains as its 99.97% of particles-that is as good as any other manufacturer. The oxygen 3 vacuum cleaner by Electrolux is an expensive but not more expensive than competitors.
